Information on Samsung One UI 3.1.1

We are now accepting bookings for flu vaccinations.

If you are looking to book your flu vaccination this year, or to attend our walk-in clinics, please note that these will take place at your normal GP surgery.

To book an appointment for your flu vaccine, please call your own GP practice.

We will advise in due course when the COVID-19 booster vaccinations become available.

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements.  This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.  There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below

Europe Europe & Russia North America North America
Central America Central America india South America
egypt Carribean lithuania Africa
bulgaria Middle East poland Central Asia
china East Asia china Australasia and Pacific

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible – at least 6 weeks before you travel – as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Some travel vaccinations are not covered by the NHS. Fees will need to be paid for in advance via cash only.

Rabies vaccination, course of 3 – £175.00

Hepatitis B vaccination (travel purposes only), course of 3 – £120.00

Japanese encephalitis- Available through vaccination centres – private script £180+

Please be aware that the only free travel vaccinations that we supply are the ones recommended by the NHS.

For all other travel vaccinations not available on NHS, a prescription will be issued and you will be expected to pay the standard rate of pay at the chemist. Please book in plenty of time before you travel.
