Repeat Prescriptions can be requested in the following ways:

• Online – Quick and Easy and can be completed 24/7 ( Enquire at Reception to Register Online Today)

• Third Party Pharmacist ( Your Local Pharmacy can request Repeat Prescriptions on your behalf)

• Part B of the Script can be pleased in the Prescription Box in Reception ( White Part)

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
