  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.

Whether you are at home or work, you can quickly log on to view, book and cancel appointments via the patient access website or by downloading the patient access app for IOS and Android

Available 24 hours a day, it’s especially useful when the practice is closed or telephone lines are busy.

Ask at reception for a registration form and then visit: Create your Patient Access account

Please note:

You need to have an existing patient access account to use the app.

Double appointments are not permitted to be booked using online services; any double appointments booked through patient access will be treated as a normal 10 minute appointment slot.

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices
