Out of Hours
Should you have a genuine medical emergency and require a doctor urgently Monday – Friday before 8am or after 6.30pm or at anytime over the weekend or bank holidays please telephone our out of hours emergency number on 111
Consultations at the surgery are by appointment only and may be made in advance. Appointments may be made by telephoning 01922 477226 or by calling in at the surgery. Patients may see the doctor of their choice by appointment, though there may be a delay if you wish to see a specific doctor.
Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.
Mossley Fields Surgery
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking our opening times to letting us know what you think of us.
The practice is also a training practice for GP registrars and undergraduate medical students and is linked with Birmingham University Medical School.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
We hold a General Medical Services (GMS) contract to supply NHS services with NHS England Jubilee House, Bloxwich Lane Walsall, WS2 7JL.

Did you know
From 1st June 2015, all patients have a named GP. Please ask a member of staff for information.
Mossley Fields Surgery has its own warfarin anticoagulation service which is available 5 days per week . This service is not only for patients who are registered at the practice but anybody who is registered elsewhere and feels it may be easier to access Mossley Fields Medical Practice.
For further information please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the warfarin nurse on duty.
The building provides access for wheelchairs and prams. A disabled patients’ toilet (WC) is also provided.
